Besede mojih otrok "mamica, naredila si narezane zeljne zelje, da poješ vse zelje !!!" Zelje sem naredila v Cluju, ker moji dragi otroci ne jedo zeljnih listov, ker so celi, ne sesekljani. Ali lahko verjameš?
Veliko hitreje kot polnjeno zelje in vse se poje!

  • 1 kg mletega svinjskega mesa
  • 150 g riža

PRIPRAVA RECEPTA Zelje v Cluju:

Kislo zelje drobno sesekljamo in odcedimo sok.

Polnjenje:
